Siouxman Posted March 2, 2015 Posted March 2, 2015 Mr. and Mrs. Siouxman will be in Oxford, welcoming the Penrose Cup back to Grand Forks. Quote
InHeavenThereIsNoBeer Posted March 2, 2015 Posted March 2, 2015 So is no news good news in ragards to Mac?!! I wish, I mean even if he had a long shot for regionals and would most likely be ready for the Frozen Four I'd be ecstatic. But you may say I'm a dreamer... Quote

yzerman19 Posted March 3, 2015 Posted March 3, 2015 If Mac can't go, I'd stack the first line and go with this: Schmaltz with Jewels and Parks Gaarder with OD and Pogo Pattyn with Poolman and Chyzyk Simonson with St Clair and LJ Quote

Go Redskins Posted March 3, 2015 Posted March 3, 2015 I think it's worse than a bone bruise, but, that kind of reaction could occur with a deep bone bruise, for sure. Hard to walk/skate with one of those suckers. A bruise on the leg is a hell of a long way from the heart, candyass. Miami sweeps on senior weekend. Fitting that the two tribes share the trophy. Quote
brianvf Posted March 3, 2015 Posted March 3, 2015 There seems to be a few Miami fans here that are quite confident after the Pioneers took them out to the woodshed on Saturday night. 6-2 final with the sog being 47-21? Yep, that certainly inspires confidence. Quote

Fitting that the two tribes share the trophy. Lol cute... Movie quotes. This guys' got movie quotes, everybody! You honestly think you can sweep UND? Hasn't happened all year, buddy and it's not happening this weekend. I think Miami has a great team. Probably the second most talented I've watched all season. But, you don't have our depth, our blue line and our goalie. Sorry pal, no Penrose for you. See you in Minneapolis. Quote
scpa0305 Posted March 3, 2015 Posted March 3, 2015 I wouldnt take St.Clair out over LJ, St.Clair stays in. Put Simonson in for LJ Who said anything about LJ? Quote
scpa0305 Posted March 3, 2015 Posted March 3, 2015 Not trying to predict what they'll do, but rather state what I'd do. I'm almost with you but our lower lines may have some problems. I think Olson needs to get in the lineup. Quote

Yep, that certainly inspires confidence. Miami loves the splits... So I'm not sure on the sudden burst of confidence among their fans. So funny. Then again, I've been to Oxford and I think they've been buying too much "stuff" on High Street. Quote
InHeavenThereIsNoBeer Posted March 3, 2015 Posted March 3, 2015 Question for Miami fans: Goggin Ice Center seems really nice but where does the men's team play? 1 Quote
Frozen4sioux Posted March 3, 2015 Posted March 3, 2015 Question for Miami fans: Goggin Ice Center seems really nice but where does the men's team play? WoW........almost spit coffee out my nose on that one.....well played Sir....well played. Quote
#MACtion Posted March 3, 2015 Posted March 3, 2015 But, you don't have our depth, our blue line and our goalie. Sorry to tell you that Miami has the best blue line / goalie combination in the NCHC. #1) Jay Williams GAA = 1.90 #2) Zane McIntyre GAA = 1.93 That despite Miami having a tougher strength of schedule too. http://www.nchchockey.com/page/show/1219043-nchc Quote

Also our blue line scores at a higher rate than yours. Last I checked we're 1st in the country, at least before the SCSU series so that could have change slightly... Quote
UNDBIZ Posted March 3, 2015 Posted March 3, 2015 That despite Miami having a tougher strength of schedule too. Playing games against the #1 team in the country will do that. "Unfortunately" we haven't been given that opportunity this year....... 1 Quote
#MACtion Posted March 3, 2015 Posted March 3, 2015 Czarnik and Coleman are coming with the Warrior Mentality... And NoDak will be leaving on a sour note, just like the other UND you stole their logo from... https://www.facebook.com/video/video.php?v=10150684058076628 Quote
