UNDPUCKS Posted February 21, 2018 Posted February 21, 2018 Sometimes putting a player on waivers does not work. Taylor Chorney was claimed by the Columbus Blue Jackets from the Washington Capitals. Supposedly Caps wanted him on the AHL club after trading for Kempny from Blackhawks. Win a Cup Taylor. 1 Quote

brianvf Posted March 6, 2018 Posted March 6, 2018 That looked brutal. Hope it looked worse than it actually was and he's ok...that'd be a horrible way to end his stellar first NHL season. Article on Jost: https://www.denverpost.com/2018/03/05/avalanche-rookie-tyson-jost-north-dakota/ Quote

Article on Jost: https://www.denverpost.com/2018/03/05/avalanche-rookie-tyson-jost-north-dakota/ Of course Jost isn't going to say 'I left UND too early, I'm not ready for the NHL'. However, I really think he jumped the gun on leaving. One more year and he could've been a Hobey candidate and rounded out his game while getting stronger. He's had a lot of injuries adjusting to the physicality of the pro game. 1 Quote

He clearly was hoping Tyson would say he regretted it otherwise there’s really no story. Every season he writes some arrogant condescending piece of crap void of research that’s purely REACHING that everyone takes as fact because it’s in the paper. He’s a wannabe gossip columnist if you ask me. Quote
