I hope I never see a bubble screen again. Passes behind the LOS have such little reward for such high risk.

I agree. They never allow him to get going, and then knock him down a peg when he makes a mistake. That was his first fumble of his college career…but, hey, let’s reward very poor behavior and work ethics of others.

What a game tonight! We came up short but we had the 17th ranked team in the country on the ropes. So proud to be a FIGHTING SIOUX! Bring on the MVFC, we’re not gonna be the same old road team.

I said it a while back that the biggest difference between last year and this year was going to be the mentality and grit, and that this year.....while I dont think we will go undefeated,  I feel that we truly have a shot at winning every game we go in to, I feel that even more so now. Never felt that way under previous staff. I will literally now expect to win every game remaining on our schedule, doesn't mean it will happen....but I know it can. 

Pissed at OC for that 2 minute series and what could have been. Lots of things to clean up, it was week 1. Definitely super perplexed about Z not seeing the field. Even last night, I was like....Z is a senior and been so solid, how is that transfer getting the start. Thought the transfer really must be something,  well he should be 3rd string at best. Definitely the biggest head scratcher coming out of today.  

SS needs the ball more, so does Deng. Agree the Dennis expirement as starter should perhaps be over. I guess it was only week one....we will see.

I did, but not quite good enough!  Great game, glad that I went.  Quite a bit of green there tonight.  The team did them proud.   Looking forward to the rest of the season.  Already have my tickets and am planning on driving up for the NDSU game, with a stop in Omaha along the way Friday night for the hockey game.

If we stay healthy we win only lose at most two more games.  Montana game is big now.  We win in Montana we can go the rest on the way.

Z is very solid. Very, very poor choice to not let him back out there. The one game they really let him go was NDSU two years ago, and look what happened.

Overall it was a great game but apparently the new regime has retained the Bubba hallmark of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.   I didn't see the end because my stream failed so I can't really comment further.   It was fun seeing Klieman on the ropes.

Impressed with this performance, gives a sense of optimism as we start the season.  Could have been a different game if the D could have capitalized one of Johnson's potential interceptions.  The one in the endzone was a back-breaker.

Biggest thing I didn't understand was why Seidel wasn't in there on the second to last possession instead of #20.  He had a heck of a game, and is far more explosive.

Basically a win, like always. KState was awful other than a few areas. Glad to see the rising players do well for UND. The major issues continue to be ignored on defense and the O-line. Sawyer and Jerry made the whole team look good. Coaches do just enough not to win, it’s quite a gift actually.  Easy game up next so things will be fine.

Gotta move on, but man, UND had that game.  Beat Portland State.

Some teachable moments out there for the coaches last night but it’s pretty simple. We catch one of those 5 dropped picks and it’s a win. What a performance either way. Quit bitching so much, we had no idea what kind of team we had going in  and we just showed serious guts on the road against a ranked FBS team. Lots to build on, we will improve this year.

Well said K-State has been a quality team for a long time and we had them running….a great start to the season!

Lost to Tarleton State 42-0 an just lost to BYU 69-0. Yes,  BYU is an FBS team, but they are unranked and Porland St only managed 51 total yards against them and 3 first downs.  If we don't win 49-0 or more, I am going to be dissapointed.
