Gotta say, I was ahead of it this year.  Didn’t even bother buying tickets.  Much like with Minnesota during Lucia’s last years, apathy is starting to set in. Takes a lot to kill the golden goose by creating apathy in the most rapid fanbase.

Remember when what got this forum riled up the most was constantly being sent out east?

My wife who knows nothing of hockey came into the living room while we were watching the game and said shouldn’t UND be trying to go down to the other goalie. They were stuck in our own zone make east/west passes and not moving it forward. Scanlin mentioned the same thing a couple times. Way too much east/west passing gets us into trouble.

Much like the other Bubba on campus, I thought defense was supposed to be Berry’s calling card.  I have never seen so many turnovers and just plain dumb plays.  It’s not like his teams make up for it by being an offensive juggernaut either.  I wonder what guys like Boisvert would do elsewhere.  Hopefully he doesn’t feel like that, but he certainly doesn’t seem as engaged lately.
