Granted this is based on one video and my general impression but it looks like UND went with completely different personality from Bubba.  Fiery vs. more measured.

There is a general impression is that NFL teams go with the opposite approach from the coach they are moving on from.   The last number of Vikings coaches really seem to follow that pattern.

Oh I would think that has already been decided. Not public knowledge yet. Some positions can be negotiated with the HC…who he wants to bring with and at what salary. 

Yes, I would think the first two years will be “buildings years.” But I think the positive vibes will be enough to put more in the W column.

Also, having Bubba, with his football knowledge and knowing first hand the needs of the program, in some admin/fundraising position will be a huge asset!!!

Bad way to think and how we got Bubba instead of DeBoer. Get the best guys you can get, if they move on they move on but likely made an impact while they were here if they’re moving up for NIL.

It depends on how a coach does things and what they inherit. 

Troy Taylor turned around Sac State instantly, but it took a few years for Jay Hill to turnaround Weber. Both great coaches though.

If we can get a few hits/upgrades on well........every position we'll be fine.  Probably D-line most pressing with a 4-man front??
