Maybe everyone is a little tired?  Hard to celebrate beating Miami because they suck but sweeping the Clowns is impressive and people are more aware.

Can't believe that this team, especially with the divided locker room, was able to beat Cloud twice in a weekend.

Does it change anything if they still lose the first game in the NCAAs? 

Progress sure, I'm thinking they end up a 4 seed taking on a 1 seed. 

Winning now still not going to change the NCAA Tournament record if they make it and lose game 1.

The locker room is divided on whether it’s divided, which is worst kind of divided.   If you don’t know for sure if you’re divided, how do you unify?  And if you unify; unify as what?

There’s more:  Until they learn how to play a full 60, it just doesn’t matter.   To say nothing of playing for the Penrose instead of the Natty.   F ck me these guys are screwed, and BB is toast

The first rules of holes, when your in one quit digging. We couldn’t score against The beavers and yet tech puts up 9, Cornell looked like a frozen four team when we payed them now they can’t win a game. Tough game to figure out. This team has way to much talent to play like they do at times.

The way the team celebrated after the overtime win, I have a hard time believing that the locker room is all that divided. It sure looked like they relished the win and was happy to share the victory with their teammates.

I would think the second half of this year should weigh heavily into what you do with Berry's contract.  If they really can build and become a team that is peaking at the right time and make a run, I think that will play a huge part in what they do in terms of extension.  Without that run, any talk of extension needs to be short term and incentive laden based on future post season results.   I would argue that should be the case regardless.

2 wins in December is very different from wins at the end of March and April.  They still aren't in any position to play at the end of March.

So, just to clarify, if UND pulls itself up from a really tough run of early-season games that lead them to a brutal PWR, during which they lost their best forward, arguably two of their best three defensemen, their captain, and several depth players to injury, makes the tournament, wins a game in said tournament, but loses in a regional final, you'd still want to move on from the coach?

Whether or not you all want it or not, if a firing does happen, it won't happen until the end of the season. Wouldn't it just logically make sense to let the season play out?

   I guess I would say that before most of those injuries happened, we got swept by Cornell for the 2nd time in about 3 years, and this is when we had about 6 games under our belt compared to their first game of the year.   Also, I would think a split with Bemidji should be the minimum result because of the disparity in resources, regardless of injuries. 

   Most people I think would like to see how the year plays out, and what kind of progress they make.  If they are making big strides and they are coming together, that is one thing, if they come out in the final period of a tournament game and get manhandled again, then I would wonder if it was because they are inexperienced or poorly prepared.  At some point you have to win the tournament games to get that experience.
