Bochenski needs to fix the "inmates running the asylum" mentality at 110 cherry street......that place isn't what it used to be and that isn't good news for the disabled people over there that have no other place to go....

Unfortunately that's what happens nowadays and people who sign up to become a police officer know the risks. We don't have to like this but the fact remains that people (who pay the PO salary) have been getting abused by cops (this isn't an anti-cop post either) for years and now those same taxpayers want accountability/transparency. With that accountability/transparency though, the taxpayers NEED to act civil and let the process play out. This "mob mentality" that they have does nothing but harm everyone.

Stole it on his way to meet his parole officer - then confesses to his parole officer he stole car to get there.   Ed left a spare fob in the dash so it was a ripe target but only in North Dakota does a criminal....

Reminds me of Eliza Bleu. That was a fun story to follow last year on Twitter.

In a 24 hour window:

- body found on Moorhead, MN, side of Red; taken to Ramsey Co (St Paul, MN) Med Examiner for ID
- body found in Polk Co, MN; taken to UND School of Medicine Forensic Pathology (state coroner's NE office) for ID

Seems strange Moorhead would go to Ramsey and not UND also.

The search was initiated after a disturbance was reported near Oak Grove Lutheran School. A witness told WDAY-TV that a woman emerged from a homeless camp in the nearby woods with blood on her face. The Fargo Police Department sought to interview the man, who then fled into the river.

Police did not say whether Byrd was the same man who fled into the river on Sept. 11.
