The last TD play is evident of that. The defender who lowered his shoulder didn't attempt to wrap up, and in the process cut off the linebacker who had a chance to make a play as well.

Kaupponen needs to tackle on last play and not just pop with shoulder.  Guy bounced off and ran last 7 yards into end zone

This team is a tough match up double tight with wing, man on man blocking. Not able to get off blocks and their backs are shifty enough to make the first man miss.
