Postmaster General Louis DeJoy announced Tuesday that he was suspending "longstanding operational initiatives" at the United States Postal Service, amid fears that the changes could delay election mail this fall in the middle of the pandemic.

MICHELLE OBAMA, on Americans: “They watch in horror as children are torn from their families and thrown into cages."

THE FACTS: The reference to cages is misleading and a matter that Democrats have persistently distorted.

Trump used facilities that were built during the Obama-Biden administration to house children at the border. They are chain-link enclosures inside border facilities where migrants were temporarily housed, separated by sex and age.

At the height of the controversy over Trump’s zero-tolerance policy at the border, photos that circulated online of children in the enclosures generated great anger. But those photos — by The Associated Press — were taken in 2014 and depicted some of the thousands of unaccompanied children held by President Barack Obama.

Trump is the problem. I was not fond of Obama. Biden can get us back to normal, if there is such a thing now.

He can't speak a full sentence without getting confused. A vote for him in 2020 is not a vote for the old Joe Biden.

Still amazed that the party of woke, disenfranchised, minority picked an 80 year old white guy who is borderline senile and being hid from the public. Good effort.

It is simply amazing. He’s nothing but a puppet. A really old senile puppet

As of today, I can report that the city of Portland is surprisingly not in bad shape at all. Decent amount of windows boarded up near the downtown precinct, but most of it is covered in very impressive street art. More of the stores and restaurants are open than I expected. Some stray spray paint hasn't been covered up, but it's clearly been overblown. The site of the assault the other night looked like it did when I got off the train there for the last however many years.

Pics are a tag near the precinct, the Apple store, Nike store (loving the Neil Young lyrics) and precinct itself in that order.

Obviously this is daytime, but there are no signs of burnings, broken windows, etc.

That’s fine and dandy but the key here is they are boarded up meaning no business. That’s the bottom line

You mean to tell me the hedge funds who hold the majority of Apple and Nike stock won't have 20% returns for their investors born into multi-generational wealth?!?!? The horror....the horror. Oh wait, they also hold Amazon stock, so they won't bat an eye.

Few if any small/local businesses were impacted, and the mall right there is doing curbside pick up. Also, while Apple was closed, Nike is open.

Only a microscopic section of Portland is dealing with these protests; a section of downtown where not many small businesses exist.   Not only is Portland not on fire, but the economy isn't being impacted to any significant extent.

But whatever, let's talk about the real truth.  All of Portland is burning down, Antifa is beheading police officers, BLM is stockpiling semtex, and the liberal aliens from the 5th dimension are anal probing Trump supporters.   We need to put a stop to this lawlessness in Oregon.

It does.

Unless you did the water bucket challenge.  Then, it will go away.  Lol

Seriously though, its a small group of leftists college age kids who should know better.  The right wing media along with Trump blow it way out of proportion.

But it does get the cult all riled up here.

Clinton will say in a couple of hours.
"There’s only chaos. Just one thing never changes — his determination to deny responsibility and shift the blame. The buck never stops there.”

You do understand citizens concerns?

The cities are being destroyed.  The inner city will leave, no shopping downtown.  Business will close and leave.

Why do you people keep posting the same stuff?  Another cult follower already posted this.   It’s like the 3rd time this has happened today.

It’s like you people get your talking points from the same universal fountain but are too dense to realize it and end up spamming boards with the exact same thing, ad nauseam.
