It was someone else's call to run a play and it looked like he was just playing through the whistle. The chest thump was perhaps a bit over the top. Playing thru the whistle is fine, but blindsiding a guy at the whistle at the end of a 45-23 ass whooping is bush. Yeah, I see it completely differently than you, as does Bubba apparently. If someone like Connor O'Brien gets hurt on that play, which easily could've happened because of a difference in effort, is it worth it? Absolutely not. Agreed, we have three running backs that are all dynamic and capable of breaking something. Oliviera is a punisher but has shown improved vision this year. Santiago is one tackle away from breaking a big one seemingly every play. Gordon has shown the ability to pop a long run as well. Also part of the big picture, Gordon and olivera have too much talent to only get a few carries per game.
