sioux34 Posted February 2, 2016 Posted February 2, 2016 I don't care if you are annoyed. That's the way I feel. Deal with as you see fit. 4 1 Quote

FootballND Posted February 2, 2016 Posted February 2, 2016 Not a fan of retiring our old nickname. That being said its time to move on to the new. Took a shot at designing a logo. Open to all thoughts. Obviously needs some color. Fire away Quote

While I played basketball for the Sioux in the early 1980s, and graduated from UND, I must admit I don't spend much time following the current UND sports teams. That does not change the fact that I think changing the team name sucks, both in the concept and the execution. 1 Quote

I like including the flame in the logo and the eye (one of the most important parts, IMO) looks pretty good too. Something about the beak and the flare off the back of the head is throwing me though. UND1981 Posted February 2, 2016 Posted February 2, 2016 Yes, I like it! I suppose all the PCers will say it is too much associated with NA people. Quote

sprig Posted February 2, 2016 Posted February 2, 2016 A hawk without feathers is not a hawk. It's not even a bird. Quote
siouxfaninseattle Posted February 2, 2016 Posted February 2, 2016 I like them both. Hopefully we end up with something like these. Quote
