Thanks for sharing! It was a good listen! I appreciated their observations about Penn State historically having a very weak non-conference schedule and this year is no exception. They have road trips to ASU and RIT so that ASU trip is tough but then six home games against LIU, Clarkson, and Stonehill. Looks like McKenna can boost his Hobey resume playing some weaker opponents.

Hope they enjoy their cupcakes...

I'm just hoping that ASU takes care of business against them this weekend.
A decent showing against PSU would help out the league in the NPI at end of season, as you know PSU will feast on the cupcakes and have a good record the rest of the way.

Every time I went to an ASU game last year they seemed to win (they should've beat Michigan), and I'll be there

Sounds like Littler really worked on his skating this offseason:

Littler hit the offseason intent on improving his skating and speed to match his impressive measurables. He arrived early to summer workouts, spending extra time on power skating and in the gym. Ahead of his sophomore season, Littler is listed an inch taller and 11 pounds lighter than his freshman year.

The offseason work is showing up in tests as well. “We do testing where they monitor your first six meters, 10 meters, top speed, stuff like that,” UND head coach Dane Jackson said. “He made a marked improvement in those areas that we had talked about.

“I’d say top circles down, offensively, he’s probably one of our best players,” Jackson said. “In our league, it’s extremely hard when you get there. You get cross-checked, you get beat, you get knocked out of there, you get boxed out. And he’s a big, strong guy that has the ability to get there and fight for space, and keep the stick free. He’s got a knack for tipping pucks, getting rebounds, and the shot is very good as well.”
