Any other level of hockey and it’s a non issue; but after a great game and effort by the home team this will be the focus and talk of the town…a nothing play that wouldn’t even be a blip on the radar at any other game at any other level.

That was an awful play. To get very specific, the crease is the goalie’s. You enter there at your own risk.

100%. A loss they drop back and climbing 12/13 teams is an incredibly tall task in the 2nd half of the year to get an at large bid. Win, it’s absolutely doable, plus set yourself up well in the league.

Win has to put them near 20 I’d think which, I agree, is entirely doable if they get most of their veteran scorers back. Going to need an entire team effort just like last night.

OK, Max'd out the credit cards to put SCSU on the moneyline. It seems I will be the king of the NIL Collective after tonight. I'm going to bring in some Eastern European lads. They can deal with the cold and desolate country. Plus, I hear they like Red Pepper.

Do you ever watch hockey?  Players can almost just look at a goalie wrong and there will be a reaction from their teammates.

Guy hits goalie earlier, guy lined opposite goalie's roommate on a faceoff with under 10 seconds to go and game decided.....

Your statement holds no water.  If you go forward a half second or so he hits the goalie in the head right before #4 makes contact or as he just touches him.  Not enough to push him into the goalie.  Cheap play

Really ugly first 10-15 minutes but steadied after that and made enough plays to get the win. Perron had some absolutely great chances that you can't believe he doesn't finish.

When a goalie has nearly bled out in the crease, and a player recently died from a skate cut...I don't blame him for freaking out when he saw a skate hit him in the face. I'm sure he was scared of worse case scenario, judging by the way he threw off his mask to check for blood.

He's listed as extra skater with Andrew as extra skater in warmup, I'm guessing in case Jammer can't go.
Otherwise same lineup as last night, but with Monty listed on 4th line instead of as extra skater.

I would respectfully disagree...from the opposite angle, his left elbow went straight into the GT's head.  Didn't look like an accident to me.

I loved that goal he scored last weekend at Miami. At first it looked like he was attempting to do the lacrosse scoop and score but then decided to backhand it in. And I think his goal came shortly after Miami had scored. Happy for the guy.
