2021 vs NDSU.  4th and 1 from our own 20 and we line up to (I assume) try to draw them offsides.  They don't bite and we snap the ball any way.  Turnover on downs at OUR OWN 20.

There was a lot of these head scratchers....but at least those have slowed down the last couple years.

Only because of the Q-shove.

I think it was his "old school football" mentality.

Punting from there use to be much more common.

But the game has changed. Lots more data analytics were brought in.

Offenses improved: Bubba grew up in an era of "pounding the rock."

And Bubba was slow to adapt.

He's a older gentleman.

And there's more changes now than ever, especially with NIL and the portal.

I think he'll do the right thing at the end of the year and step down; I can see it in his face. He can't do it anymore.

Im hoping for this, and that is why I'm hoping we get destroyed again Saturday and then lose the last game as that is the only way this could potentially happen. Will be a very long off season for him with everyone all pissed off. Maybe he would negotiate a lower buyout number and do what's best. Tons of fire Bubba on every North Dakota football Facebook post the last two weeks. He has to feel that,  and I think is why you can see it in his face.

It truly sucks to say, but if you want to see UND football be a good program again and actually compete you should be hoping we lose the next 2 games by 50 each.

5 straight embarrassing losses to end the season is our only hope at seeing some change in head coach. The more we lose by the better at this point. The season is already over anyways.

So what I have a fear of is the media idiots pushing the "UND CAN STILL GET IN IF WE WIN THESE TWO GAMES!" jargon.  Then UND plays well this Saturday and maybe wins (unlikely), then we have the last game "ALL OR NOTHING!" of the season on the road at ISU.  Then regardless of the outcome we'll hear "UND was on the edge of getting into the playoffs".  Which, maybe they were, but closer to off the edge then actually on it.  In reality its another fantastic opportunity for the team to play terribly in a big spot with the season on the line.

Some how, some way, they won't just tank these last two games and let this thing pass peacefully.  They could lose this Saturday, but get over the hump in Illinois to finish 6-6, and the athletic department would see it as progress on the road.....

Sam Herder was on Izzo’s show and said if we win the last 2 we are likely in. It’s already happening.

SD basically gifted their game to SDSU.  They very well could be the better team of the two.  Their coach is not going to let that happen again.  Much like we gifted those last two road games and we're not going to let that.........

never mind .....
