tnt Posted February 18, 2023 Posted February 18, 2023 No five minute majors tomorrow, and why not just stay out of the box period. Quote
Oldguy Posted February 18, 2023 Posted February 18, 2023 The jump they played with in the 3rd has been missing all season. Where the hell has that pace been? Go do it again. 1 Quote

tnt Posted February 18, 2023 Posted February 18, 2023 Win tomorrow, hope Miami can upset Omaha, then hope either St. Cloud or Omaha sweeps each other next week. Of course, UND has to keep winning. Quote

If SCSU finishes 4th, UND would have to travel there and face them on their big sheet (didn't go so well earlier this year). I like our chances in Omaha much better to advance to the Frozen Faceoff. 1 Quote

neoflex Posted February 18, 2023 Posted February 18, 2023 Blake w/ the MVP tonight. Gaber reprieved himself with the goals. But Blake was the key Quote

Yuck no decent broadcast. Maybe the good announcers at Denver (sometimes they have a good pair), St Cloud can be ok but the rink terrible, Omaha one of the worst, WMU is poor. But then again regarding home broadcasts we are spoiled :). Quote

Slim chances, unless Miami can beat Omaha, but it is still possible to finish ahead of Omaha, since we play them. Guessing St. Cloud doesn’t lose out the rest of the way, so either scenario is pretty unlikely, but UND just has to play well and have at least a little mojo going into post season. Quote

If it helped with team discipline in the future it wouldn’t be a bad thing, however we are well past the rest of the players taking it seriously this far in, much like when Rhett Gardner was finally benched. The puck slid out to the right circle, where Gaber picked it up and fired it past Husky goaltender Dominic Basse. "That was probably the coolest moment of my life. . . one of the coolest moments," Gaber said. "That was on my bucket list to score one of those at The Ralph. This place means so much to me. It's pretty cool to have that." Gaber skated to center ice, where he was mobbed by his teammates. "It was everything I thought it would be," Gaber said. "I tried to take it in. I looked up at the crowd and tried to take everything in, because obviously, this place is so special. We're extremely fortunate to be able to put on that jersey and play in this building." 3 3 Quote
Popular Post farce poobah Posted February 18, 2023 Popular Post Posted February 18, 2023 McLaughlin certainly made that first goal look easy. So smooth. if he starts potting regularly, we get a lot harder to beat. 5 Quote
