We’re just here trying to cut though all the misinformation.  Easy to filter out the aviation school flights.  We can’t help it if the Herald is AWOL or that Kelly and Tank become allergic to a microphone when the last games clock hits zeros.

$350,000 for head coach and $150,000 for assistants would be a nice bump for both. Hopefully it happens if that is what it takes to get quality coaches 

encouraging that interviews have happened and are happening. If there is a round of face to face then Monday announcement might not happen?

I was thinking along these lines but not even as robust.  Hope we make the investment.

I hope they have a good base salary but with incremental incentives based on how the program develops as the new coach is able to implement their plans/players.
