Nova Scotia has slitghtly less than a million people. New Brunswick and PEI have 750k and 150k respectively. If you mean the AFC East, then yes it’s been dominated by New England just like Buffalo dominated it in the late 80’s and 90’s and Miami dominated that division before them.
