NFL 2018 - 2019

It looks like the era of the public paying for pro football stadiums is over.  San Diego refused to be held hostage as did St Louis, Los Angeles only got their teams because the Rams owner payed billions in private money to build one, and this article says Winnipeg’s new stadium will be paid for by Manitoba by default.

Las Vegas will be getting a new Raiders stadium partially from taxpayers, but much of the financing will come from casinos, as the hotels/casinos constantly need new flashy entertainment options to keep people coming back again.

Know this is off topic, but Halifax may get a CFL team, as a group is starting a season ticket campaign and wants to build a 24k stadium.

Nova Scotia has slitghtly less than a million people.  New Brunswick and PEI have 750k and 150k respectively.  Moncton, NB could be a temporary home until the Halifax stadium is built.

Keep your hand up if you had Miami at 3-0 and all alone in first place.

And what happened once they started playing decent teams?

The AFC East is the biggest joke of a division in the NFL...and has been for about 20 years now.

AFC is a conference not a division and has won 12 out of the last 20 Super Bowls. If you mean the AFC East, then yes it’s been dominated by New England just like Buffalo dominated it in the late 80’s and 90’s and Miami dominated that division before them. All divisions go through a circle of dominance.
