And, as usual, Coach Blasi threw a temper tantrum at the refs following last night’s game (although I kinda agreed with why he was so pissed....two very weak back-to-back penalties called against Miami in a tie game with under 5 minutes left in regulation). Would be nice if they would also reprimand an official who refused to even look at a play that ended a players season. If commisioner Fenton can't see the irony behind this, then he is blind. I agree.....BUT.....the league had a chance to clean up the officials mess. Instead they reviewed the knee on knee hit and came up with.... " clear thigh on thigh hit." I was rooting for CC but I’d rather see the officials get the call right and Blasi had a right to be upset.....two weak penalties called almost back-to-back with under 5 minutes in a 2-2 game.
