Would seem to be an appropriate time for a voluntary retirement.  Faison is, what, 67ish? Conference realignment finalized. (for better or worse). New president fully on board. Major coaching positions all filled for now. Coming off multiple conference championships and President's Cup victory in Big Sky last year. ...

Of course, low hanging fruit to drives clicks and interest without having to do much work. Not meant as a knock on him either, just common sense. He does amazing work on his hockey coverage.
