Someone correct me if I am wrong, but didn't it used to be a penalty if you celebrated like the USD running back did before he gets in the end zone?  Unsportsmanlike conduct and a 15 us penalty from where he celebrated.

Iowa got burned on that against N. Texas today. The Hawkeyes did eventually score on the drive.
