Is this game on ROOT? It's not listed on eversport

I was wondering the same thing.  The ROOT schedule says they're televising the Montana at Cal Poly game next Saturday and doesn't mention the UND at Montana State game, so I'm not sure why the UND game is not listed on eversports.

Bobcats and Griz home games are not covered on Eversport.tv   Both offer (!@#!$)PPV options on their own athletic program websites.

When did that start? One of the best things about the BSC was the free streaming.

Their PPV options were in place before the eversport.tv deal.  Normally not noticeable as the ROOT TV takes the blame for the reason of no stream option if the game is covered by ROOT

Link?

I am going off the comment made during postgame by Alex H. - next week UND vs MSU on Midco Sports..  I don't have a link.  I was kind of surprised by the comment myself.

Get back to .500 and start the conference season out 1-0.  Figure out a way to jump start the offense in the first quarter.  Wonder if there are going to be any changes made to the lineup.

I expect a tough and close 4 quarter game, but I also expect UND to come away with the victory.  Of course now its my turn to go to a wedding and will have to follow on my phone once the reception starts.

Hope this win was what the team needed to wake up on offense.

Fwiw, Southern utah started last year 0-2 and won the big sky.

Big game for both teams in Bozeman.  I'm sure their team remembers the game last year.

John Walker has three picks for MSU on the season.

Their offense looks to be balanced run/pass

they gave up almost 300 yards rushing to Idaho.

I'm  guessing we see a lot more 7-8 in the box next week.

Can we get a Bobcat to give us a preview of their team?  Preferably less arrogant than the coyote fan last week-

I believe both the O and D is different than last year.

The Bobcats seem to be doing better than predictions after losing Prukop and having to adjust to a new head coach.  They steamrolled W Oregon, who had previously demolished Sac St.

This better be the game when Santiago and Olivera and the O-line really shine, or could be a long season.

Hey Guys!  Bobcat fan here to swap some good info back and forth.  We had our best game last week vs Western Oregon, unfortunately they are a poor D2 team, but I hope our team uses this as a confidence builder going forward.  Hopefully some of you can come enjoy the game in Bozeman on Saturday, but what you see from the Bobcats will be 180 degrees from what you've seen the past 3-4 years.  Our Defense seems to the shining star this season, currently lead by shut down corner John Walker (yes, I know he almost ended up here and I'm glad he didn't because he's really fricken good).  Walker has 3 picks so far this season, helping to the Bobcats to a +11 Turnover margin which is tops in FCS.  While our D looks stout and deep, the offense has been on life support all season.  With Dakota a Duck, we now have a 2 headed Hydra in Tyler Bruggman and Chris Murray.  Bruggman is a former highly touted 4 star recruit that never really found a home, and I can see why.  The kid is super streaky.  When he's on he looks like a pro, but that usually only lasts a few plays.  Murray is different, more Mcghee or Prukop like, very fast agile and he packs a gun of an arm. BUT he's 17, and he really needs to grow. last week he scored 3 TD's on the ground.  The O line has been decent but they could do better to protect and open holes, but half our run game has been injured all season too.  Next week we get back Newell and for the first time this season we'll see the offense that was installed during the spring and fall camps.  Your guess is as good as mine as too what we'll see, I expect a lot of power football coming from the offense. So what are the Hawks looking like this season?

Thanks for stopping by. I'm sure we all have a bunch of questions for you since there has been such a change in your program.  Can you fill us in on the basics? Scheme and tendencies and if there are any new contributors not named john Walker or the two QBs you mentioned. Expectations for the season and for this matchup. Thanks.

First, thanks for stopping by and giving us a little insight

second, if you put 11 men up on our center you guys will be ok against our o.

third, the d is Unds strength.  D line is deep and talented and the corners are much improved.

So far everything has been pretty vanilla, due to competition.  Bruggman runs a more traditional offense I'd expect to see a lot of 2-3 back sets with Newell at FB and Brekke at HB.  Newell is a powerback that can block very well, he ran for 108 yards against Idaho very hard north south running. Brekke is an all-round back good speed and power.  I expect to see a lot of that Saturday.  A lot of young player made impacts, John D'Agostino has also shown to be a clutch WR and the whole offensive line is brand new besides all America JP Flynn.  The Offense has been really subpar so far this season, and really its been due to poor QB play and some poor RB play.  Bruggman will hold on to the ball forever, he tends to look down his receivers and doesn't scan the field. He's getting better but if his first read isn't open we're in trouble.

Defense has been great and the best part is they are really young.  Hiring Ty Gregorak from UM has been a god send as well as former NFL CB Gerald Alexander at DB's coach.  The kids are pumped and play with intensity I haven't seen in years.  Right now the D is a modified 3-4, where we put a "buck" end on the strong side.  There are also times we put in 2 bucks and the front looks like a 5-2, I expect to see a lot of that to counter Santiago.  The D is constantly subbing in and out changing look and personnel, bringing a lot of pressure.  Lots of good contributors on D, Bucks Grant Collins(so), Jesse Clark(sr); Linebackers Fletcher Collins(sr), Mac Bignell(jr), Josh Hill(fr); Defensive Backs Bryson McCabe(jr), John Walker(sr), Tre'von Strong(so).  Really excited for Saturday!

The Fox College Sports programming does not list this game.  So I take that those of us in the Twin Cities are S.O.L. in watching this game unless we pay for the stream on the MSU website?   I'm not seeing the MSU webcast option on their website, but maybe I'm looking in the wrong place.

I went on the MSU site this morning and did not see the option either. If I don't see or hear anything by mid week I will reach out to UND as they typically respond quicky.
