Oxbow6 Posted January 3, 2018 Posted January 3, 2018 Got a new vehicle. Ordered 2 different license plate covers from the bookstore WITHOUT F-n Hawks on them. Just UND. Came in mail today. One had F-n Hawks on it!! Nothing like shoving it down one's throat! Quote

The only majority I'm aware of (with scientific basis) is that a majority of North Dakotans voted to retire the old nickname. Anything beyond that is speculative. And please don't go to the "manipulated to do it" tripe. They could've voted to keep it in place if it was that important. 2 1 Quote
