Walsh Hall Posted April 20, 2020 Posted April 20, 2020 Those are just the May contracts. Crazy situation. Oil on tankers and nobody really wanting to take it. The contracts settle tomorrow. June contracts are still in the 20's. Quote

Oil has still been shipping this month but once all storage is filled there will be nothing moving except to what the refineries are taking. It is going to be ugly until we open it up. Widespread layoffs could be worse than any other bust. Quote

SiouxVolley Posted June 6, 2020 Posted June 6, 2020 Looks like lower oil prices are resolving the feud between District 1and 8 finally. Would think there might be some potential for the EERC to collaborate in this sphere and put North Dakota at the forefront. If they really can develop some meaningful Carbon sequestration technologies, that could be a game changer in the climate battle. Would be a huge market in India and China, where coal power plants generate a considerable amount of power. Quote
