Sioux90 Posted Tuesday at 08:15 AM Posted Tuesday at 08:15 AM I absolutely can’t wait for the clown program to be shut down. An embarrassment to college athletics. Quote

They show all the hockey home games and I'm thinking it's a big plus to have this availability for any up and coming players who aren't big fans of the Rodents. Nobody has that though….i never heard about it until last weekend. The NCHC should get on espn+ that’s been awesome for college puck. Quote

In st paul I can watch 10 college hockey games every weekend, but rarely UND. UND has virtually no exposure in the TC metro. Quote

Back in the day you could get a free to air dish installed and pick up all the UND home games; other than that it was pretty much nothing unless they were playing Minnesota. Quote
brianvf Posted 6 hours ago Author Posted 6 hours ago Expect a similiar lineup this weekend as last weekend against BSU: https://www.grandforksherald.com/sports/und-hockey/und-expecting-similar-lineup-to-last-weekend Quote UND will likely use a similar lineup as last weekend's sweep of Bemidji State. UND coach Dane Jackson indicated that he does not believe center Ellis Rickwood, defenseman Bennett Zmolek or defenseman Jayden Jubenvill will return for the two-game set at St. Cloud State. Quote "Don't think so," Jackson said when asked if any of the players would return this weekend. "We're kind of unknown there, but I don't think so. We'll stick with the guys we have, probably." Why the heck didn't they go to NHL size ice 200x85 rather than 200x94? Not a lot of difference so it will still seem like Olympic ice. Doesn't seem to make much sense. Quote

They initially used it as lost leader to increase cable subscribers but with cable numbers decreasing, is the contract worth it anymore? Let UND and the other schools produce their own programming, buy all the cameras, video production and so forth. They will need still need a content platform to carry everything and I think that’s where Midco is aligning itself, a content provider similar to espn +. Midco is already doing this with the summit league and CCHA. I suspect they will bid high for the NCHC stream. Quote
