Oxbow6 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Full disclosure....Jerry fan here. Still feels like last season was wasted sticking with Simon every snap but the eyeball test matters. Simon looked better in a half than Jerry did last month plus. UND is going to have to run the ball to win. Just need a QB to make a few throws and not turn it over. Simon needs to start. 3 Quote

If the QB is running the ball that much, I’d rather it be Romfo. 1 Quote

Jerry: RPO game Simon: power run game The OL seems more comfortable in power and not fretting an "illegal man downfield" call. 3 Quote
Siouxperfan7 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Jerry stats: First 8 games: 22 TD's, 2 INT's, 6-2 record Last 5 games: 4 TD's, 8 INT's, 2-3 record It is really amazing the sharp downturn Jerry had after starting out so great. What's even crazier is that in those last 5 games, the 3 loses we were in every one of those games with an opportunity to win. If Jerry plays, is he gonna be great, who knows. If Simon gets the start will he be bad, who knows. But I think no matter who plays doesn't have to take over the H>re's an idea, play both. Take some heat off of each of them. Quote
The Sicatoka Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Does that align to available personnel in the running game? Quote
shep Posted 28 minutes ago Posted 28 minutes ago I note that Jerry's downfall came about the time some on here anointed him a Heisman candidate. Karma is a biatch. Quote
