homer Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago Challenge with Jerry running the RPO is he is not a threat if he keeps it. He might gain 7 or 8 where Simon can house one. If that is the offense going forward, Simon being more of a running threat could create more space for Siedel who has been quiet as of late as well. Someone said it earlier but getting all the pieces back this week gives me hope the offense is due for a breakout next week 1 Quote

Just give to the NIL in general and specify football, let the coaches decide who deserves the funds. I think SS is more of a flight risk. The 701 Award is used at the discretion of the coaches of the program you choose. Guessing the staff would be smart about who they award what and when so that a kid doesn’t leave after getting paid. 2 Quote

Definition of "slippery slope." lol the slope has been slippery long before today. Schmidt just said something out loud that is true. He doesn’t want his guys poached and neither do I. It sure as hell beats sitting on your hands and doing nothing 3 Quote

I was told by someone in the know that they get 2% in spring, 2% start of fall and 96% after play in 5th game so can’t leave and take redshirt. Something Schmidt brought with him. Same as the big programs he was with did it. 1 Quote

You mean “official” … HAHAHA The NCAA is incredibly hypocritical, for sure; but trying to criticize contemporary concepts by UND’s coaching staff is ludicrous (if that was your intent). 1 Quote
Ron Mexico Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago For those that can, let’s please have as many people as possible hit the link to donate per Schmidt’s request if we liked how today felt. I will hit it. It WILL add up. The peeps to the south have millions in theirs. Like it or not, this is how it works now. 1 1 Quote

My intent was not to critize Schmidt in that situation. I would have responded exactly as he did....protecting my players from leaving. It was moreso to citizen the NCAA...on the same page as you "incredibly hypocritical." 💋 Quote

Popular Post Nodak78 Posted 12 hours ago Popular Post Posted 12 hours ago very glad I didn't follow this thread for about 25-30 pages. I did waste any time. UND is a very improved team. huge coach. improved the defense more than any on the thread though. now I will toot my horn. when we had not sign a DC I said it would be coach Schmidt. I didn't know but I figured He was saving money for other coaches. we have the best defense in the MVFC. not that Eric cares his sights are on a championship. just think how our defense improved. offense needs some work. please cheer for UND next week bite your tongue on criticism. 1 4 Quote

We can listen to what his coaches and teammates say or we can listen to the handful of pissants, who if they even ever played the game (doubtful), never learned to appreciate their teammates especially the backups. He got to his reads quickly and got rid of the ball quickly. He completed 3 of 6 with 2 drops. He hasn’t played meaningful minutes at QB in over a year, but didn’t get rattled. I hope Kaminski recovers quickly, and can play next week, but it’s good to know we have an experienced QB who his teammates and coaches have confidence in. We moved the ball effectively at a crucial juncture in the game. I don’t care who the QB is as long as they play well and do their part to lead this team to another win. Kaminski has been a disaster the second half of the season Quote
