Pretty sure he only dressed because it was senior day, not sure if he even went through warmups. I know some guys will go through warmups as a extra practice than change if not playing.

My undersanding is that it was borderline whether he was ready to play or not.  Hope 1 more week gets him all the way back.

What's the story on the B1G/NFL comments?  I think it was stated on here that he said it at Sioux Boosters luncheon.  I asked someone that has been at all of those lunches and is pretty plugged in and he told me it wasn't said there.  To be fair he said he's talked to Ike a few times and he seems down to earth and a good guy.

They get 4 games anyway in regular season don't they? So most likely would only be guys we have seen in a few games already this year.

Essentially said he didn’t really care what arm chair QBs and  guys like us think.

He’s in his early 20’s, one week is an eternity for bone to heal. He’s already more than 4 weeks out. The collar bone is a little touchy though. Hope he destroys with fresh legs on Saturday. What a story that would be.

It was also our 3 toughest fcs opponents of the year and they had 8+ games of tape. Sometimes you have to take what the defense gives you rather than thinking you can always impose your will. Also really need to get Jerry comfortable going under center. His apparent inability or discomfort with that does put limitations on what you can do on the Red zone.
