unfortunately… it feels like the losing culture is in place.

We dropped at least 4 interceptions at KSU and had a TD called back at Montana.  Also missed a lot of throws and blocked a guy in the back at the goal line.  We've had a LOT of player mistakes and some coaching mistakes as well.  Despite that, we've been close and are seeing kids coached up and utilized like never before. Coaches are closer to elite than the players at this point, but you can see the improvement in the roster already.  We'll be fine.

Anyone else see the video making rounds on social media of Coach Olson shoving a Montana videographer and telling him to “get the f*** out of the way” after the game? Personally I don’t think the videographer should’ve been that close, but still unacceptable from Coach Olson…

Getting a team from bad to good can happen quickly.

Getting a team from good to great is a lot more complicated.

This team has to learn how to close games out. There isn't a simple formula for getting them there. It has to happen organically.

The two most tangible problems with this team now is the kicking game and the offensive play calling.

Both of those need to be corrected for this team to make some noise later in the season.

Just watching the video about 20 times.  1) the camera is super shaky the entire time 2) you can't tell the level of contact, brush by, or whatever happened without another view 3) way to pile on our staff 4) if you think the game pissed a casual fan off, imagine having your livelihood depend on it

If there was a provable shove or contact initiated by Olson then I condemn it 100%.  You simple can't see it from the guy holding the phone/camera.  Olson looks to be all of 300 lbs and jogging in a straight path.  If there was contact not many would be standing up still.

Totally agree, he is running....camera guy kinda walks into his path......slight brush and says get the F out of the way. Looks like Olson likely did not see him until the very last second. Wow, if they are butt hurt about that...I don't know what to say lol. Total nothing burger.

I think I'd probably put Montana fans as #1 !@#!$! fan base. At least NDSU has an entire trophy case to stand behind from the past 10 years, Montana not so much. But yet they act like they are the best FCS program out there and whine and cry more than any other fans.

The win last Saturday sucked, but was a double whammy as had to endure Montana fans online celebrating and thinking they are hot sh*t......when UND gave away that game. 

I'll take our team and coach right now and the trajectory we are on over Montana.

While not necessarily a great look, think it’s a dramatic move by the videographer trying to go viral. Classic move in today’s age. I don’t really care if he apologizes.

Living in western ND where I constantly deal with where all that matters for college sports is UND hockey & NDSU football and then of course the huge “cross over fans” of NDSU football/UND hockey “fans”: 😞hopefully no more titles for NDSU 🤮 and soon we will have a lot to do about stopping that unlike the past for D1 

i don’t mind the hardcore “real” NDSU fans that aren’t belligerent but the casual “fans” (or not real fans) get annoying as heck.
