Moving on...assuming he's not injured, what's it going to take to get Cody Croal into the gd game tomorrow!  C'mon B-rad, he's one of your high motor guys...get him in there!

He’d probably have to do something stupid like scratch Littler like last weekend.

The NCHC needs UND in St. Paul , we will have calls coming our way this weekend

I was at the game, the boys got away with some significantly cheap play. I’m surprised they didn’t get five or six more penalties the way they played.

Would love to see UMD end ASU's season.
And would rather see CC make it to St. Paul than DU.

Go UMD and CC!  :)

Mullett is rocking.  Good for them.

Now 4-3 Devils

Omaha, which gives up the fifth-most shots on goal per game in the nation, held UND to just 18 for the game. It was the fewest generated by any Omaha opponent since the first month of the season.

That sounds about right.

In a game the team won:

-Got beat 41-21 in the faceoff dot. 18-6 in the third, by a team that isn't good at the dot.

-Didnt attempt a shot until 12 minutes into the third period.

-The aforementioned 17-0 shot disparity the third period.

-Gave the opponent double the power play time they had.

-Had 18 shots on a team that gives up around 40 a game.

At the end of the day though that's a win on the road against a heavy battle tested team that sits in the top 30 of the PWR.

Flip a coin on 27 or 29

That’s the correct call if you’re basing playing time on actual play. Put 29 as the 13th skater, keep him on the PP. Alternate with 27 for shifts every once and awhile.

Lots of moving parts by somehow win this series and have CC knock off DU then get ASU at the X.....

I meant sit one for Croal. Just should've been more blunt.

Offensive output has been a huge problem for the sioux for some time now. I first noticed it in Las Vegas when we played Arizona State and  we hade something like about seven total shots going into the third...

We can't rely on the offensive scheme we did 20 years ago. Changes are  needed!

Then figure out how to beat W. Michigan again to get a date with the Gophers in Fargo.

I’d sit Monty for Croal and keep Komzak. Komzak wasn’t noticeable in a good way last night because the few shifts he got he played really simple hockey. He was quietly a +2 as well

I got it. You could also sit Komzak, move 29 to extra skater. Move Croal to 29 spot. Play 29 on the PP only or if need be, alternate 5 on 5 shifts w/ 27. Ultimately, same purpose.

Too little too late? Maybe, but could go along way. My #1 frustration with this year is the special treatment this incredibly mediocre super special senior class has received.

Is 27 still on the PP? He hasn’t scored since November.

Edit: or better yet. @hockeytherapy13 mentioned. Sir Monty, Komzak as 3rd pair. Make 29 the 13F. Only play him on the PP.

Let’s leave the thick sarcasm to the professionals.

41-21 face offs and -0- shots on nets in the third, berry has them clicking on all cylinders

Those pistons sound like my 5.3 in my 2002 chevy pickup on a cold morning
