UND-FB-FAN Posted yesterday at 01:18 PM Posted yesterday at 01:18 PM Went from this: to this: to this: UND is recruiting the right guys, but also, highlight the calendar on August 31, 2028… UND - Minnesota always been a big deal in hockey, but rightfully so, needs to elevate apparently on the gridiron also. Arguably, the ag college (Fargo) dynasty all happened because they didn’t play UND, set their sights on bigger targets instead (FBS) and did what they did head-to-head to Minnesota in 2006, 2007, and 2011 (albeit playing Tim Brewster didn’t hurt) and the rest is history … P4 may have a ton of money, but that don’t guarantee the head-to-head outcomes … FBS sights for UND are appropriately shifted to Nebraska (2026), Iowa (2027) and then the goofs (2028)… ya’ll get your popcorn ready and prepare for these to be a battle and no longer just a destination game … time has come to elevate the program 2 1 Quote

I’m just saying, to all those looking to dog on an 18 year old for making the right choice for himself and taking the clearly higher level opportunity is weak. 5 Quote

No one is "dogging" anyone. But a player that hops from one team to another can be a red flag. I think that is the point here. We'll see if it works out for him. At least he isn't going to NDSU-CKS. 1 Quote

I don’t necessarily feel the same way if they just transfer to transfer to a like school (Bruns and Schiller) but if you’re going somewhere that is in theory better football than good for you. 1 Quote

Sometimes it might not seem worth it to leave for one year and start all new relationships with coaches and your inner circle when you can get noticed where you are at. Who knows how certain financial considerations play into that. 1 Quote

People are quite literally dogging him for flipping. We celebrate when we flip a kid. It’s part of the game. Is it a red flag when a coach leaves a team after brining in guys with the assumption that he will develop them at his current destination? Quote

Enrollment and dollars initially promised ain’t everything. Quote

That goes for the twins out of Missouri too, play sooner or right away and then see the big $$$$ come Quote

I read Lane Kiffin was guaranteed $25M a year for player compensation at LSU. Unreal. Quote

The house settlement revenue sharing agreement gives each school around $21M. I know at UM it is allocating 75% of that to football so $15M-$16M right there. LSU promised him a $25M per year player pool combining NIL and revenue sharing. 1 Quote
