Jerry has shown spots of really good play early and the possibility of a turn-around is certainly there - Isaac, on the other hand. has learned exactly nothing this season and continues to be absolutely horrible - a real millstone for this team - and what's surprising is that our Head Coach has not made any corrections there - he is was bad or worse as the season progressed - The Bison game was his "masterpiece" of ineptness. I think we will get more of the same from him. Quote

And what was our head coach doing when all of this went on - and on and on? Someone needs to take charge of this and Isaac certainly will not. Quote

As things played out, we could have been up 21-0 before they scored. 2 PI’s, Jerry’s 2 turnovers, 2 plays with missed secondary assignments, didn’t try to run outside but our oline that is supposed to be a strength didn’t dominate LOS, and defensively they pushed us around on Los. We continue to give up too many yards after contact to RB’s. I know Ziebarth is hurt but we have gone from rotating 3 RB’s to basically 1RB who we wore out trying to run inside yesterday. I’m not sure having our smallest RB as lead blocker for Jerry is best use of personnel. Essentially we abandoned our outside running game. For some reason after a pass to our TE early in the game, I don’t recall throwing to any of our TE’s the rest of the game. Our 2 games against the S.Dak schools we our worst of the year. Lots of room for improvement, but we are capable of a playoff run. 1 Quote

Parkers Pros Posted 46 minutes ago Posted 46 minutes ago It’s hard to put your finger on exactly what it is on offense. It’s not always about the play calls. Some of it is the players not making plays. Cause we had a receiver drop a bomb touchdown. Our quarterback overthrew our receiver by about 6 inches on another long pass play for a touchdown. Coaching wise teams are now on Jerry’s fake hand off runs. We need to do some play action and throw off of those so they don’t bite so hard on him running. Where are our short little dig routes on short yardage. We have short quick guys. You can’t tell me that they’re not gonna win most one on one matchup to get a little 3 yard pass. And where are our tight ends. One or two catches a game? I feel like we have a ton of weapons. 2 Quote

Their support focuses on their top priority, but the initial facility donations and subsequent support continue to benefit not just hockey, but MBB, WBB, VB and if not directly, at least indirectly our other sports. For those who have served on Foundation Boards or similar, I believe it’s clear the best response isn’t to criticize their generosity, but simply say thank you. 1 Quote
