I thought 10.99 for 2 games with a high quality feed was totally worth it so I got it.

I'll get it, but my expectations are low with how much it buffered during past tourney games.

I use ESPN+ dang near daily as they offer a huge amount of NHL games and I've always had good luck with any game on there

Absolutely this. Quinny, Harvard, BC and some other eastern schools have quality broadcasts to watch during pre-game and intermission for UND games too.

As for deals, check if you can get a discount on (or free) Disney+ Bundle through your cell provider.  It's Disney+, ESPN+ and Hulu. It's free for me through Verizon but I might be grandfathered in.

I also sdded espn+ fof this weekend. On the app, is it possible to tap into the game late and watch it from the beginning?

I watched a NHL game a couple days ago on there and I’m pretty sure they give you the option to start from the beginning. Not sure if it’s the same for college games though.

When I watch on the ESPN Roku app, it gives the option. When I watch on Android devices, it does not, but it's easy to scroll to the beginning. So it depends on your medium.

For 10.99 a month you can get basically the NHL package, College football and college hockey. I watch UND football on it.

I was not expecting all the benefits and extras.  I am happy I did not cancel.
