Only surprise to me is Carroll. 

This defense scares me. Lost a lot and didn't bring in enough to fill in spots for a Defense that was atrocious last year. Offense is going to need to score 30-40 points a game to win.

For underclassmen on defense, mine would be (with limited insight) Rucker, Erkman, Dixon, Bluiett, Baretz, Sutton, Parks and Teiken. Really going to need a few DL guys to step up. OLB and S still concerns as well.

Good Lord, I barely know more about football than the shape of the ball and I could see Bubba was in over his head, especially when the competition was on the stiffer side.  Guess it is similar to the real world of "not the best man for the job, but knows the right people"....  

IMHO, which is sketchy at best, FCS is the division for up and coming coaches or retirement bound never will be coaches...   guess which one UND is.....

Actually I'd bet we lose to Idaho State and Indiana State.   We always play terrible against Idaho State and we damn near lost to Indiana State last year.   And we play Indiana State on the road this year.

That's the problem; the suits in the athletic department don't give a damn about what the friends and supporters of this fine institution think. They have their cute country club positions secured. It doesn't matter how bad our teams get, nothing will change.

The only person who can change this is President Armacost.
