Jeff Glas 52 yarder as time expired for the win against St. Cloud state in 2003.

Cameron Petercka 59 yarder against Pitt St in the playoffs in 2001.

Hellevang long of 56 in 2007 going 2-4 from 50+.

Zeb Miller went 7-10 from 40+ with a long of 54 in 2011. Went 4-5 from 40+ with a long of 50 in 2012.

Since Zeb we haven’t had a kicker where of our back is against the wall we can be confident we have a chance at a long fg to win a game.

We have Tommy Two gloves. Our "elite" FCS quarterback.... We shouldn't even have to worry about a long FG to win a game.

But if we do, I feel very confident in #92 coming through in the clutch

Woulda been pretty clutch to make the first PAT against Boise

17/29 and 142 yards :D:lol: Clutch from our "elite" FCS QB!

But let's deflect the blame to our kicker. Sounds about right!

Seems like an issue that should’ve been addressed in the last 10 years. Can’t be living in the past because of a kick made 20 years ago.

Woulda been clutch to not snap the ball into the ground every other play, have more than 41 rushing yards, not go 4-13 on 3rd downs, not get sacked 6 times, not go 0-2 on 2 point conversions. Lots of things could’ve gone better. The missed extra point sucks, but not even in the top 5 of issues from that game.

The top 2 teams at our level have kickers with career longs in the mid 40s but we expect our kicker to be good from 60 because twinkle toes made one from there 20 years ago against middle of nowhere state. Sad.. really

If McFeely doesn't think it is a monster game for SU he is hallucinating.

I just read this tweet, McFooley is going to take some heat for this. Unless he's sandbagging.

Didn't even have to look at THEsocalledfan's picture to know he was a Bison fan.  And in regards to McFeeley's post, he has a way to piss off both sides at the same time!!  Just showing that no matter what he says, nobody likes him!!

He's such a big Bison fan that he even dyed his teeth to match his shirt.
