I only use your stream as a last resort, thinking less viewers less attention from the internet popo. I feel bad for depriving you of revenue and viewers. Anybody know the rule? I agree that he swiped it out and didn’t seem to cover it. I would have to look up the NCHC rule, but I am sure it is nearly the same as HS/USA rules. Where if the hand covers or goes over top of the puck, even if to swipe out, it is a penalty shot if in the crease.
