Shanley kid is the same way probably a better ball handler though. I’ll take a 6’10” body though with some skill level to compete in the Summit league. Quote

If Bothan doesnt have a full ride I dont think this kid should either. We can find better players in the portal and think this was a waste of a scholarship. 1 Quote

The couple of times that I’ve watched him, his lack of effort scared me. Seemed to get frustrated easily and would commit dumb fouls or force bad shots because of it. I think he’s going to need a lot of time before he’s ready to step into the rotation 1 Quote

I haven’t watch much of Kraft but think he will be a much better D1 player which is why he had a handful of D1 offers. What D1 offers did Erickson have? Did he have any others or was it some NSIC offers? Quote

Not sure why we offered so early on him Quote

Hopefully when he gets on campus he'll realize what he needs to do to get minutes and can start to develop into a guy who can get minutes junior and senior year. Quote

I think it has a lot to do with Eaglestaff. They’re best friends. 1 Quote

UND1983 Posted March 5, 2023 Posted March 5, 2023 Erickson plays like he's 6'4". Gets his shot blocked, has no lift to go up over people. He is a body, yes. Quote

Yesterday he was better than Kraft. Passes well and finishes pretty well around the rim using body to create space. Question his mobility. Will be interesting to watch him vs an up tempo North team tonight. Not sure he fits the style UND played this year. Quote
sioux24/7 Posted March 13, 2023 Posted March 13, 2023 I don’t know this kids story really but he reminds me a bit of Geno Crandall so I wouldn’t mind taking a chance on him. Quote
GoodGood Posted March 16, 2023 Posted March 16, 2023 Saw Erickson was a finalist for Mr Basketball. In the 4 or 5 Century games I watched this year I thought Doppler was the better player. Doesn’t matter as the award will ultimately go to the NDSU commit Quote

Erickson 16.8 ppg, 10 rpg, 2.4 apg, 1.1 blk Doppler 14.4 ppg, 4.6 rpg, 3.7 apg, 2.6 stl. Century was pretty balanced with 4 players averaging between 13.6 and 16.8 points per game Quote
