Boogieman Posted February 1, 2020 Posted February 1, 2020 I will tell you this: from my seats up here in 306, CC has dished out 4-5 solid, world class elbows to the head that have gone uncalled.

SIOUXHKYFRK Posted February 1, 2020 Posted February 1, 2020 What's with the high school sounding horn to end the period?
brianvf Posted February 1, 2020 Posted February 1, 2020 1-0 Final SOG pretty even at 30-25 UND Great game from Thome to get the shutout! 1
SiouxFanatic Posted February 1, 2020 Posted February 1, 2020 Didn’t expect a low scoring defensive game but UND found a way to get the W. Definitely liked the team’s overall defensive effort tonight. Gotta be happy for Thome on getting the shutout. Has been #2 for long stretches but has stuck with it and has taken advantage of the opportunities that he has been given. 1 3
Popular Post AlphaMikeFoxtrot Posted February 1, 2020 Popular Post Posted February 1, 2020 Glad to see Thome making a case for splitting time. He was a calming presence in net on a night where the offense was not quite clicking. 9

Cratter Posted February 1, 2020 Posted February 1, 2020 This thread is as boring as the game. Play Scheel tomorrow. And keep rotating goalies.
bypolairxam Posted February 1, 2020 Posted February 1, 2020 It's Thome's job to lose...Keep him in there.... 2
burd Posted February 1, 2020 Posted February 1, 2020 they weren't quite clicking, but you heard Jackson say between the 2nd and 3rd that he liked the way they were playing and that they just had to keep doing their jobs. He was right.
Wilbur Posted February 1, 2020 Posted February 1, 2020 It's never easy in the NCHC. Every league game is just a war. Pinto huge on the draws late, and the game winner to boot. Ride Thome. I'm always wrong, but you gotta keep the kid in there. 1
burd Posted February 1, 2020 Posted February 1, 2020 It's also nice to see a Sioux team that can maintain control along the boards in the O zone. Been a few years.

Last two wins 6 total goals scored. Last two losses 20 goals scored We will see how the season goes but right now Berry is the MVPerson
Irish Posted February 1, 2020 Posted February 1, 2020 This shows how important to have a scorer on the roster. Last year I don't know if we would have won this one. We need some high end talents like Pinto to be at the highesty level. Nice win.
