Think about it. Mom and player aren’t willing to cover it up, so either Kolpack writes a story, or she finds another outlet, which would shine an even greater spotlight on how the Fargo media is in bed with ndsu football.

I'll give him credit for writing something but with how pissed the parents are, it was going to come out, just like the suspension did, eventually. He sure didn't follow up anywhere as much as he could have though which is a benefit to ndsu. Left a lot of plausible deniability out there when there is plenty more details that could be mentioned. Get a few beers into Dan Hammer and let him rant about how KVLY made him cover and not cover certain things with the football program... especially when the contract rights were up for renewal.

If it was as widely used and a third of the dressed players are tested why was he the only positive test? It sounds to me like he doesn't want to tell mommie what he did. So a player can’t be tested more than once during the playoffs?

Look at the timeline. You think that's just a coincidence? You don't think something or someone forced his hand? There's still more to this that's not yet been reported or uncovered. But just like you denied a coach supplied it, you and your brethren will deny this too.... Until it comes out in public again.

One kid in 8 years makes a mistake will tarnish nothing. Consider this--- 18 players are randomly tested by the NCAA after every playoff game. NDSU has played in 31 playoff games in the last 8 years. That's 558 tests and this is the first failed one.

Based on the Forum's willingness to break these stories, can you say without a doubt that is accurate? There have multiple players who have been suspended or left the team due to "violation of team rules" with no explanation or followup.

bincitysioux
So let me see if I am getting this right?.................... We have a North Dakota State Hall of Famer accusing NDSU's football program of providing her son, a member of perhaps the greatest college football dynasty, with Performance Enhancing Drugs. This former Hall of Famer is a life long resident of North Dakota and along with her husband is involved in agriculture. Her son was born and raised his entire life in North Dakota, on a farm, and is currently a student at one of the Midwest's premier agricultural research universities, and is majoring in agriculture. And we are to take the word of an Athletic Director, who hails from New York, that has been living in North Dakota for fewer than five years and reports to a president that hails from California over that of a family born and bred in the heart of ND, that likely and obviously has deep ties to not only NDSU but also to the state of North Dakota for decades? Call me crazy, but I think I'm going to side with the Robbins family on this one.................................
