Wildfan Posted March 16, 2018 Posted March 16, 2018 That was a terrible play, put it in the corner and let your other defenseman make a play on the puck. 2 Quote

willythekid Posted March 16, 2018 Posted March 16, 2018 That may be the worst time to do a no look pass... that is pee wee mistake territory there. Seriously Reiger? How effing stupid can you be. There are players on this team that are scared to possess the puck, those players should not be on this team. 1 2 Quote
Frozen4sioux Posted March 16, 2018 Posted March 16, 2018 Mismash was terrible.... Olson was terrible..... PP was terrible.... Cam was great, his glove was just exposed this year and good teams explouted it. Quote

Feff Posted March 16, 2018 Posted March 16, 2018 Here's a scary thought, seniors will be gone, Gersich will be gone, Wolanin will be gone, potentially Poolman. Next year's team is not looking promising at all unless major changes can be made or incoming freshmen perform way above a freshman level. Also, Shaw needs to be gone. Too many years now has the PP looked like utter trash. Quote
siouxweet Posted March 16, 2018 Posted March 16, 2018 If my math us correct UND is now winless in a combined last 16 games against the other three teams here. Pathetic. 2 Quote
siouxfan512 Posted March 16, 2018 Posted March 16, 2018 It’s not over yet guys. Tough loss, but we were right in it. Need a little help and a good game tomorrow. Similar position to 3 or 4 years ago. Nice to see Cam playing well. If not for him that could have been a blowout. Quote
Mhockey Posted March 17, 2018 Posted March 17, 2018 Tough end.Tomorrow I'd like to see Casey Johnson on the bench for Adams, hoff in for Olson, and peski in for Shaw. That won't happen but it would be a positive change I think. Quote
SiouxScore Posted March 17, 2018 Posted March 17, 2018 All 3 St. Cloud goals came after failed opportunities for UND to clear the zone. I've said for weeks I'm not at all comfortable with Rieger on the ice and would rather have Johnson in back there and another forward up front. Rieger is what he is a 8th/9th d-man that can play physical. He gets caught out of position for opportunities and isn't a good decision maker. The play in OT from him is just ridiculously weak though, decent pewee players are smart enough to not make that stupid play. If this one ultimately ends the streak that play fits with how the season was. Cam was great and gave us the chance we needed. 2 Quote

Good teams reload...and reload which we had done in a 10 year span despite early departure to the pros. Hopefully we'll see a much-improved product next year Quote
cberkas Posted March 17, 2018 Posted March 17, 2018 Berry and the coaching staff are to blame for this season. Quote

willythekid Posted March 17, 2018 Posted March 17, 2018 Berry is a good coach and he shouldn’t go anywhere. Shaw on the other hand has been shown to be a liability and should be shown the door. It’s a shame that UND could have had a very good chance at beating a more skilled clown team but one brain fart (putting it lightly) by Reiger sank the ship. I still am in awe why he would make such a stupid no look pass in that situation. Quote
UND1983 Posted March 17, 2018 Posted March 17, 2018 Is there a Juco in the hockey world, like football? Get a older player who is ready? 1 Quote

Doesn’t matter how they played, that has zero impact on teams wanting to sign their draft picks. Gardner may leave too. Guys don’t always have to be a honey candidate to be a flight risk. Quote

I run a better power play with my peewee team. Pathetic. Feel bad for Rieger. Happened right in front of us. I’m yelling ring the boards as I saw the SCSU player coming down on him. Lot of blame to go around besides him. 2 Quote

We'll have Jones back and what else? Mismash was horribly inconsistent, Bast had a moment here or there, Kawaguchi showed occasional promise but that's it. Quote
