Oxbow6 Posted October 5, 2019 Posted October 5, 2019 Can the Twins extend their MLB record to 15 straight playoff losses? Quote
Wilbur Posted October 5, 2019 Posted October 5, 2019 At least Dobnak is going at the Yankee hitters. Yeah, walked Judge, but he is attacking. Quote
HockeyFan31 Posted October 5, 2019 Posted October 5, 2019 Ugh, Tanaka pretty much dealing since having a couple on in the first. Quote
northernraider Posted October 5, 2019 Posted October 5, 2019 The Twins sticks are just silent after 3. Two games in and hitting has be lack luster at this point. Quote
HockeyFan31 Posted October 5, 2019 Posted October 5, 2019 Two days in a row Duffey is unable to clean up someone else’s mess. Quote

They're trying to set all the team records for playoff futility. Already have the most consecutive losses, now going for most consecutive losses versus one opponent. Quote

northernraider Posted October 5, 2019 Posted October 5, 2019 Pack her up boys, Yankees will sweep. Twins are doing nothing Quote
Wilbur Posted October 5, 2019 Posted October 5, 2019 Not going to compete without starting pitching. Same thing would be happening to Ode. Quote
Wilbur Posted October 5, 2019 Posted October 5, 2019 Rocco knows there is a day off tomorrow right? Like Rodgers or May or Romo can pitch tonight and then rest on Sunday. Quote
Wilbur Posted October 6, 2019 Posted October 6, 2019 Kind of what we expected. My goal for the series was to get it to game 5, but seems like a bit of a pipe dream now. If the Twins are serious about winning on Monday the right relievers need to be in down a few runs or up a few runs.... Hopefully this shows upper management we need pitching this offseason. And there will be money available. 1 Quote
Oxbow6 Posted October 7, 2019 Posted October 7, 2019 Odorizzi takes the hill tomorrow to try to extend the Twins season. Quote

Goes without saying that they need a quality start from him...how about 6 solid innings giving up 2 runs or less? Maybe those bats will come alive in the friendly confines of Target Field. Let's go Twins! #Yankeesblow Quote
BarnWinterSportsEngelstad Posted October 7, 2019 Posted October 7, 2019 Twins have the best squirrels. https://www.mlb.com/cut4/squirrel-runs-through-baseball-player-s-legs MayB a W 2day! 16 Quote
