2015 Recruiting

That is Bullcrap.  There are always guys who aren't starting or playing who complain but as a team these guys like the direction the team is headed and respect what Bubba and staff are doing.  There are also usually an assistant coach or 2 that some of the kids don't like but haven't heard this is an issue.

100% correct!!!

This happens with EVERY team.   No way you can ever satisfy 90-100 kids when only 22 start....

Looks like he was hurt last summer before his senior season which might not have helped him going into the season. But he had some pretty good numbers in his junior year.

Has the potential to put on some weight and be a rock at the NG position.  Interesting to see how he develops as maybe he would have been a bigger target had he not been hurt.  Tank Harris, Greer and this kid are the kind of NGs we need.

He seems to get a good push already and after a redshirt year in the weight room. Develop some more technique, I think he reacts to the ball a half a second slow, and he could be a force his last 2 years. He is a project but has potential.

Not sure why UND never offered this QB, but looks like he found a home.  One of his biggest games was against Cherry Creek that they won.  Creek went on to win State in 5A and has 2 kids that have committed to UND.  Carter and Blair

Nebraska DII Gains Colorado Talent

Two of Colorado's top players opted this week to play for Nebraska-Kearney.

Two very good players from two of Colorado’s top programs; quarterback Justin Roberts of Pomona and safety Quentin Holley of Valor Christian opted this week to play their college at football Nebraska-Kearney.

Roberts, a 6-4 200 pound quarterback, guided his Pomona squad to a deep playoff run by completing 66% of his passes for 13 touchdowns against only three interceptions.  Roberts chose Kearney over offers from CSU-Pueblo, Southwest Minnesota and Washburn. Roberts is a big fan of new Kearney Head Coach Josh Lamberson who was a DII All-American Quarterback at Northwest Missouri State.  Roberts also feels he has the opportunity to play early for the Lopers.

I wonder where the coaches see him. I think either S or WR, and not CB.

I think you're spot on. He's an athlete that UND football could use on either the offensive or defensive side of the ball, so his addition would certainly be welcome. With that said, Bubba and staff have done a good job of getting better athletes at WR and DB.
