Wilbur
Good luck to both kids this year. I had an inkling young Mr. Panzer wouldn't be playing ND high school hockey after his dad tweeted some things after Central rolled WF Sheyenne last year. Boy will it be weird to see a Panzer playing against GFC.....

It is a tough loss but it does make room for guys like Stephen Halliday or Ethan Bowen if they are ready by the end of this season.

Yup, saw this on Twitter. I had been wondering if the reports that he “signed” may have been premature.
AlphaMikeFoxtrot
We pulled Rowe's scholarship for less, curious what was different here. Didn't really make sense for him to play one year in the W, especially given their overage player limit.

I'd like to hear it from the kid's mouth.

Maybe they did the same with Rowe, and he was still up in the air.

Frozen4sioux
Just hope the kid has some quality advisors at this point, seems to be waivering in the wind a bit. ...or really it could be that he's just trying to find a place that wants him and fits for his situation. Who knows, hope he finds his best fit and is able to work hard and find acedemic, athletic and eventually proffessional success, in or out of hockey. Don't know if anyone knows for sure, but it certainly is positive that he is on the Langley roster. Surprised Schlossman hasn't addressed the tweets from the Giants.

AJS
The Canadian Junior hockey leagues always have such an early start, the BCHL regular season has been going on for a few weeks now. Budy - F - '00: 2G 4A 6P (6 Games) Bowen - F - '02: 5G 0A 5P (6 Games) Moore - D - '01: 3G 1 A 4P (6 Games) Costello - F - '00: 1G 2A 3P (6 Games) Rizzo ' F ' '01: Recovering from Injury This will be a very fun group to track this year, with most having very high expectations. I would expect 4 of the 5 to be on campus next year. Bowen is the one I'm really excited to follow. Going back when he committed he was thought to be a potential Top 5 pick in the WHL Bantam draft. He was pretty comparable to Rizzo as far as Bantam hype / first year results in the BCHL (playing as Junior in HS). What are others hoping to see out of this group this year? Mine is as follows: Budy / Bowen: Finish the Year in the Top 10 in BCHL scoring Rizzo: Get healthy, Avg 1.5 PPG once fully recovered Moore: Tough to but point expectations on defenseman Costello:
