forksandspoons Posted April 2 Posted April 2 I’m excited to have an actual QB back on staff. Hopefully Danny can help Jerry bring his completion % up quite a bit and not force him to be the second leading rusher on the team. Jerry’s feet are weapons, but I think it was overdone a bit at time last year. 1 Quote

I am not sure how the season is going playout if you need to rebuild both ILB and Safety in the same season. Lot's of very big question marks in these two areas heading into the season. 2 Quote

SiouxFan100 Posted April 8 Posted April 8 I welcome any news about UND football. I feel like we should be very competitive this coming year. I am not smart enough to know if we have all the bases covered but am confident we have great coaches. 2 Quote

I'm guessing that was just due to not being able to cover everyone ... but I agree, Chuck showed he could have handled more snaps last year. No reason he won't be a big factor this season. Nice to have Lawson and Brunnell to spread the ball around and keep the guys fresh. I'd like to see one more guy step in to be an impact guy though. I don't know anything about Griffin Broderick, but it would be nice to see a guy like that own the short yardage conversion downs. Kind of a Quincy role. I love my hockey, but the season is over. It's all football focus now! 2 1 Quote

If Jerry makes a jump as expected, look out. 1 1 Quote
