Two good teams, got 4 of 6 at Lawson.  Getting it to OT was big.

Now the fun part really begins.

Would have been nice to sweep these guys and move to the top of the NPI.  Hope taking foot off the gas doesn't come back to bite us.

Glad we won’t see 3x3 again this season. Still, quite a good weekend against #4 on the road. 
Time for this team to go on a little 8 game winning streak.

Cheers 🍻. I think a split is what most expected. The fact UND was able to get it to OT is/was bonus. Two very entertaining back and forth games. Good stuff. 👍🏼

I'm guessing Michigan doesn't make it out of their regional. 
I bet a defensive focused team knocks them out.  Plus Ivankovic hasn't looked as good since returning from his injury.

Michigan is much better defensively than they have been in years. 2.4 GA/G (same as Western) and we are 2.3 GA/G

Was hoping for the win tonight but 4 of 6 points on the road is pretty goad with some key guys getting a breather.  Western is a very good team and I saw a UND team play some really good hockey for 120 minutes.  They really passed the smell test for me; the depth really shows and they just have a knack for making big plays down the stretch of games.  Hoping for a nice run in the NCAA's this year.

Agree! We won’t admit it now but a week ago we would have accepted 1 of 6! The guys who needed a break got to rest. Homer played well, he is not to blame for an OT loss. When was the last time any or us were this excited about March Sioux hockey?

Didn't get a chance to watch the games live, just the highlights, but my goodness, do we need to work on our break aways.  That game should have never gone to OT let alone, lose in OT.  gotta bury those clean breaks

If you think our breakaways Need work, it took Michigan State and Ohio State 13 rounds of shootout to get a winner.
