Dustin Posted Thursday at 05:34 PM Posted Thursday at 05:34 PM Just got listening to the podcast. I thought they may do a season prediction but probably a bit early with unknown roster positions. I'll say 9-3 would the benchmark for a good season. Double digit wins would be a great season, and less than 8 would be a disappointment. Curious - how did we end up with back to back seasons with NDSU at home? Quote
UND-FB-FAN Posted Thursday at 05:40 PM Posted Thursday at 05:40 PM UND adds 12th and final game to the schedule. Long Island University home and home .. Was hoping for a bigger name but this will do. Long Island University did beat Eastern Michigan (FBS) last season and is an up and comer … Addition of home and home with Long Island University 2 Quote

I know I'm in the minority it seems with non-conference scheduling, but I'm a big fan of this home and home. Like the first game being on a Thursday night as well. Quote

Selfishly not a fan of the Thursday night. I’ll make it either way would just prefer Saturday. Quote
Dustin Posted Thursday at 06:08 PM Posted Thursday at 06:08 PM Seems weird the later date (the away game) was listed first. I (incorrectly) assumed at first that UND had foregone a home game next season just to get a game scheduled. I personally think a Thursday night game will be a big hit. 1 Quote
forksandspoons Posted Thursday at 06:22 PM Posted Thursday at 06:22 PM So does that mean fall camp can start even earlier for UND? Quote

Alerus Center has a concert booked for Saturday. Assuming that was known well ahead of time as UND was working to get their 6th home game. Quote

Yeah WAY too early for them to do 2026 season predictions, especially in today's age with the portal and us not even knowing who will be on the roster yet. They usually do that in an August podcast. Wilbur Posted Friday at 01:47 AM Author Posted Friday at 01:47 AM 2026 schedule.... Long Island....that's a win. St. Thomas.....win. At Portland State.....win. At Nebraska.....no more Pat Maholms Jr. At QB.... Northern Iowa.....win. At ISU Blue.....win. South Dakota.....win. At SDSU.....loss. At SIU....win Murray......win At Youngstown.....Beau will be tough at his place. NDSU....I'll call this a win at home. Way too early record projects out to be in the 9-3 ballpark. They should be 3-0 heading into Nebraska, can't falter at Portland State....that team was awful this year, but a new coach this year. 2 Quote
