Questions I have with this new QB is if he was recruited by these top FBS schools why pick San Diego State and then if the QB1 position is yours for the taking why transfer down to an average FCS program?   These types of transfers don't always pan out.  I remember NDSU a few years back got a kid from VA Tech that was a dumpster fire.   Hoping he isn't Quincy Vaughn 2.0.

Hopefully they’re still looking for some FBS talent & size on the DL and LB. I guess they’re probably waiting on the new coaches to be announced first.

Really? A segment of this fanbase really needs to be re-wired. To your post, obviously. It’s insane to me that this is your reaction to getting this QB commit. Bubba’s gone, it’s ok to be optimistic about the future!

The kid appears to be a very athletic QB with starting experience at SDSU. The day of the “pocket” qb is fading (there are certainly exceptions) but the dual threat guys force defenses to alter their game plan. 
I would be happy with another guy like Quincy on the roster just not at QB.

Agreed, Quincy became a community icon. When he saw he wasn't getting the snaps he wanted rather than the portal he asked to move to another position. He was involved in lots of non-football activities on campus and kids flocked to him. Really out of touch if you think UND wouldn't welcome another Q.

Supposedly he had great relationship with OC at SDSU who was let go half way thru season. New OC brought in new QB’s
