The day of the “pocket” qb is fading (there are certainly exceptions) but the dual threat guys force defenses to alter their game plan. When he saw he wasn't getting the snaps he wanted rather than the portal he asked to move to another position. He was involved in lots of non-football activities on campus and kids flocked to him.
