sounds like a long turnaround if we are going inches

I believe he plans to make sure they pay attention to details, take no shortcuts, assume nothing, do things the right way from the beginning to the national championship. Message is to his players rather than fans or public. 
I predict his teams will be fundamentally sound, play to the whistle, and have each others backs. How fast they get to the championship is dependent on improving talent through our speed and conditioning in addition to an upgrade in talent through recruiting. 
Should be fun to watch his teams evolve.
