A) JJ made strides forward.

B) Washington's d is 8 game losing streak terrible, offense too.  

C) The Vikes got a couple bounces finally.

D) Washington understands how tanking works.

I'd say all of the above but I'm hesitant to include A in there.

Haha yeah this is exactly how the Vikings operate.  Finish on a heater to end the season.....paper off-season champs....and then start it all over again the next year.

Its important that they find a way to finish fourth in the NFC North, which is likely at this point.  Getting the likes of a New Orleans, and a Vegas on the schedule with some other teams in that #4 slot is big for next season.

Probably a good point.

4th place would mean AZ, NY Giants and Tenn.

3rd would be SF, Wash and INDY.

You never know what teams will make a big jump from year to year, but willing to bet AZ and Tenn will still be trash next your.  Washington might be much better next year if Daniels can stay healthy all year.

Well in typical Vikings form, in a game that can ensure they finish 4th in the division and a weaker schedule, Max Brosmer throws for 51 yards (-48 yards in sacks) and the defense is lights out in the teams 4th win in a row. 

Next week will be interesting as the Packers may have a chance to win the division over the bears.  If they don't, you'll see the Green Bay B squad I'd assume as they are in regardless.  It would be a very Minnesota thing to win their last 5 games of the year after getting eliminated.

I love Dan Campbell, but the man crapped the bed in the NFC Championship game.

Was a lions fan as a kid from 1954 or so until 1961 when Vikings arrived. Lived and died with them until they signed Cousins. Back to being a lions fan until Campbell went all stupid. My grandkids are Packer fans. I may have to join them.
