Trey was promised the #1 spot for a few years and then realized it was all smoke by the coaches during Spring ball. FWIW...St John's QB is a great QB and in his senior year in a pass happy offense. He has been on a few visits there. I would guess that is where Trey would end up. (Not sure if this should have been under former players or not) If Trey ends up at St. John’s it feels like we probably made the right decision. 2 Quote

University of North Dakota football should be held to a much higher standard than St. John’s University football… I realize that’s not directly what you’re saying, but for even this sort of comparison to occur is embarrassing. Just my 2 cents. Quote

Bubba’s accountability has been completely fractured over the past several seasons. The culture isn’t where it needs to be if we want UND to compete with NDSU and SDSU; if we’re content with 3rd place or lower every season, then so be it I guess. Quote
Popular Post Parkers Pros Posted November 2 Popular Post Posted November 2 I was personally excited for Trey. However, you gotta win the job. There is competition, that’s great. That’s what we want, best man wins, not best potential wins. 6 Quote

Geez buddy, you’ve made your same point regarding the program, coaches, admin, expectations, culture, over and over again. It isn’t whether or not people disagree with you, but what’s the point in stating the same rhetoric multiple times in the same thread? Some of us try to follow from out of town to get a perspective that guys at the game, or those who stream it, or can watch on TV get. Even the casual fan can see the issues the program has been having the past few seasons so you really don’t add anything posting the same comments multiple times in multiple threads. None of what any of us, including you and I, post on a fan site makes a bit of difference to the decision makers, nor should it. Make an appointment with decision makers, send a text, email, send a letter whatever, if we want changes made. If enough fans do that it has an impact. Anonymous communication is ignored. Just my nickel’s worth. 6 Quote

If so, you aren’t very perceptive. If you feel better saying the same thing over and over again have at it. I don’t like or dislike it. I don’t care that much I don’t see the point. 2 Quote

SiouxFan100 Posted November 4 Posted November 4 Probably wrong year but I have been watching the Junior Theiges from nine man Lamoure. Had 385 yards rushing in the first half against Hankinson a week ago. Don’t know much about him but he looks very good in ND nine man. Quote
ND1 Posted November 9 Posted November 9 Recent offered Kraft from Red River scores 5 TDs and runs for 254 yards tonight 2 Quote
homer Posted November 9 Posted November 9 First time I got a chance to watch Walters tonight. Kid is a really, really good football player. Would have made a nice DE in the 3-4. Quote

One of the committed recruits Dad’s had commented on social media regarding this message from our fan base. You’ve made your same point over and over again but you want to drive home your negative message to potential recruits and their families. The fact is the future success of the program depends on recruiting. Would it be that difficult to keep these remarks in the fire coaches thread? I look at this thread to learn how we are doing with recruiting. So do potential recruits. These comments can hurt recruiting. We have enough issues with our on field struggles without discouraging recruits. 1 4 1 Quote

My comments and their on effect on recruiting is miniscule compared to the product on the field (or in this case, the lack thereof). Want better recruits? Want there to be a more positive message board? Get better coaches that foster better results. Lashing out at me is nonsense and a waste. Place the effort towards the President and AD instead and push for the change that is needed. 1 Quote

I just don’t see the point in inserting the same comments in every thread especially recruiting and especially after reading a comment from a committed recruits Dad. Sorry if you feel I “lashed out”. I keep forgetting what I might feel is my opinion can be hurtful to others. I apologize if you felt that way. Why would I think comments from a committed recruits Dad warrant concern? Your vast experience as a player and coach has been so evident in your comments which seldom have any substance to them. Let’s not burn another thread by trading insults. PM me if you and your squad feel inclined. I was hoping we could keep the recruiting thread relatively on subject. Thanks for the reality check. 1 Quote
